To initiate a return or exchange, contact support to receive a pre-paid shipping label and an RMA authorization number. Pack the hardware securely in its original retail packaging, including all accessories, cables, and documentation shipped with the unit. Unauthorized returns or packages missing core components may experience processing delays.

Once our facility receives and inspects the hardware, approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within three business days. Warranty replacements for defective GaN chargers or smart sensors are dispatched immediately upon tracking verification of the return shipment.
